Egypt and Jordan
Had a chance in 2010 to go on a vacation. I wanted to visit antiquity and Egypt was high on my list. Even then that part of the world was in question so I figured this would be my only time to visit so I scheduled a day in Petra as well. (Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade)
The inside of the second pyramid felt like the entrance to the underworld. Had the same vibration, air and sound of Belize caves. Learned a lot about the deities of Egypt and even got lost in the port to Petra.
